  1. When fighting a 'gym: equal' npc, I alt+f4'd my game on accident. When I logged back in, I noticed that my combusken in my 2nd slot wasn't leveling up. After moving it to the pc, it was replaced by missingno which immediately was followed by a crash.

  2. Missingno is mostly an error handler. If something corrupted your Pokémon to the point where the game can not identify them anymore (like from a power outage in your case) it defaults them to Missingno. Unless you have a backup of the world, the data for these Pokémon is gone.

  3. MissingNo is our glitch/placeholder pokemon. If something goes wrong, rather than crashing it'll display as a missing no. This is usually related to lag or a corrupted save file. If it reverted to what it should be, there's nothing to worry about.

  4. 16 Ιουλ 2023 · From what I can tell, the pokemon work fine, at some point after interacting with a PC, it glitches out, when they hover over the party slot, crashes them and turns it into a missingno. Deleting player data does not help, only a server restart seems to fix it.
