In Black & White 2 you battle through the usual eight gyms before taking on the Elite Four. We also note the significant trainer battles below. There are 3 new gyms changed from Black & White 1. The first gym is now run by your best friend from the first games, Cheren.

New Gyms and Gym Leaders are introduced and require new strategies utilising the Pokémon you gain within the game. Gym 2 - Virbank City. Location: Virbank City. Gym Leader: Roxie. Specialty: Poison-type. Reward: Toxic Badge. The first new gym we know about is the Poison-type Gym run by the Gym Leader Roxie.
Gyms - Challenge Mode. In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, you will receive two items for defeating the Elite Four; in Pokémon Black 2 you will receive the option of Challenge Mode, whilst White 2 will receive the option of Assist Mode.
POKEMON BLACK 2 AND WHITE 2 GYM LEADERS. All Pokemon up to level 20 obey. Work Up - Raises the user's Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage each. All Pokemon up to level 30 obey. Venoshock - Base Power doubles if the target is poisoned. All Pokemon up to level 40 obey. Struggle Bug - Lowers the target's Special Attack by 1 stage.
In order to complete a Black 2 Nuzlocke and become the Champion, you will need to win 29 Boss battles throughout the Unova region - ranging from bickering Rival & Evil team fights, to Gym Leaders & ultimately the Elite Four.
Elite #4 - Marshall Specialty: Fighting-type. Puzzle: The final member of the Elite Four you may face if going clockwise is Marshal. You will be able to go up by a simple staircase that lights up as you move. He focuses on Fighting-types so having Flying-type or Psychic-type moves would be logical.
