Go through the cave, answer all the questions on the signs and you'll unlock an exit in the bottom left. House is in there. Save before you speak to the lady. The number she asks will relate to the generation, the second question the pokemon type. So answer with 1 and whichever answer is more like fire.
In order to get to Lilith 's House, You must answer all 10 questions in the Cave of knowledge. Once that happens, the cave exit at the end of the cave will open for you to go to Lilith's House. In the clearing, there is the house itself. Going inside, the house is sparsely furnished and only Lilith inside.
