29 Δεκ 2014 · You need to insert a VERY small (eyeglass size) screwdriver into a recess on the end of the tab after the tab turns 90 degrees to head toward the front of the watch. Pry this outward toward the periphery and the tab will come unhooked and pop up releasing the battery.
28 Οκτ 2021 · Determine if you have a Polar H7 Module or a Polar H9 Module on your heart rate monitor. The Polar H9 Module has a grey label. The Polar H7 Module is black and has Bluetooth smart written underneath the Polar logo. Both modules uses a simple watch battery (CR 2025, 3V) that can be easily replaced.
