Add in 3 eggs, ¾ cup of butter, 1 cup of cream cheese, ¾ cup of sugar and 1 tsp of lemon or orange zest into a mixing bowl. The lemon or orange zest is optional but it does give a lovely flavor to the Polish cheese babka.
