Full body tracking is possible with the Oculus Quest and Quest 2 headsets (currently only in PC VR). The cheapest way to track body movement in VR is by using Kinect. Alternatively, full body tracking can also be achieved with HTC Vive base stations and trackers or using custom tracking solution from Antilatency.

I don't think you can get full body tracking in the Quest version, you'll need to play on PCVR and figure out how to mix SteamVR tracking with your Link / Virtual Desktop tracking. I'm not entirely sure it's possible, but that's the most likely way.
1 Δεκ 2023 · Full body tracking maps out your whole person and aims to put it in the virtual reality space. Once full body tracking is in place, you should be able to move around freely and the software will pick up all of your movements and recreate them on a virtual character.
