With the Post-App, you can conveniently track and manage your consignments at any time, even when you’re on the go. Simply download and log in with the Customer Login.

To ensure that you can find a consignment that you send or return in the consignment overview, please make sure that you mail your consignment using your account (e.g. pick@home) and that your sender address matches the one registered in your Swiss Post Customer Login.
If you do not yet have a customer login, you can register free of charge in the “My Post” customer portal. When can I collect a missed consignment? For logistical reasons, you cannot collect your missed consignments and registered letters until the next day.
Enter tracking number to track Swiss Post shipments and get delivery status online. To track consignments, you need the consignment number that is assigned to each consignment (for examples, see “Consignment numbers”: What are the typical formats for consignment numbers?)

Mit «Meine Sendungen» erhalten private Kundinnen und Kunden kostenlose Informationen zum Sendungsstatus und können ihre Sendungen steuern. Auf einen Blick: Kostenlose Information per E-Mail und Push-Nachricht in der Post-App (SMS optional) Empfang steuern: Tag, Zeit und Ort.
