Enter tracking number to track Swiss Post shipments and get delivery status online. To track consignments, you need the consignment number that is assigned to each consignment (for examples, see “Consignment numbers”: What are the typical formats for consignment numbers?)

With the “Track consignments” online service, you can track the progress of registered documents and small goods consignments in countries with consignment tracking for exports along the entire shipping route.
On the Swiss Post portal (swisspost.ch) you can register for login details and therefore for “My Post”. This requires a login from SwissID. It takes about 5 minutes to register on “My Post”. Depending on the service you want to use, verifications (e.g. of the address) are required.

The shipment status of all items (including returns) can be tracked at any time using Swiss Post's Track&Trace system. Swiss Post offers all Swiss recipients the option of subscribing to the "My consignments" service.
