Practice Theory as a Package of Theory, Method and Vocabulary: Affordances and Limitations. Davide Nicolini. Abstract. In this article, I argue that practice theory should be mainly conceived as a theoretical orientation towards the study of the social where the methodological element remains central.
The range and scope of activities taken by various theorists to constitute “practices” can be made evident by a few characteristic examples from the practice theory literature.

We highlight some theories, such as the CHC theory and the PASS model, that are closely tied to the measurement of intelligence. We then discuss theories (such as Multiple Intelligences and Successful Intelligence) that have been created, in part, to respond to what is missing in traditional intelligence tests.
