Explore your creative passions through year-round opportunities on and off campus. PreCollege offers fall, winter, and spring courses and engagement opportunities for New York City area high school students on our convenient Manhattan campus; online courses are also available.

Each summer, students seize the opportunity to experience college-level study in the Pratt PreCollege program. Students are immersed in programs of art, design, architecture, creative writing, or critical/visual studies.
PreCollege programs support future artists, designers, and creative thinkers to develop their skills and creative voice. Students enrolled in credit-bearing PreCollege classes receive elective credits accepted at Pratt and most other colleges and universities.
Introduction. Develop your creative voice and build skills in art, design, and creative problem solving. Fall, Winter and Spring PreCollege courses are designed for high school students to explore creative disciplines and prepare for admission to a degree in art, design, or architecture.
