A tool to make it easier to download game update packages for PlayStation 3 games. This tool was mainly created with the RPCS3 PlayStation 3 emulator in mind. There are three main use cases for this tool.

Uncharted 2 (version 1.09): Search for E9C1FB and modify the byte from 02 (30fps) to 01 (60fps) or 00 (unlocked).

UPDATE: The PS3 toolset is back online with support up to 4.90 ( https://www.ps3toolset.com ), i would recommend to use that instead.
