Precast concrete insulated wall panels are designed for use in many interior/exterior and load bearing or non-load bearing building applications and provide a professional finished look as well as increased thermal properties.
When manufacturing architectural precast wall panels we adhere to PCI's strict standards with regard to dimensional tolerance, color consistency, and finish variations. Manufactured in our Leesburg, Florida plant, our architectural precast panels and cladding provide a strong, durable facade.
Architectural Freedom – We offer a full range of building panel components including: load bearing walls, partition walls, floor slabs, and roof slabs. Structural Capacity – Laboratory tests have proven the high load capacity of the GCT SCIP component.
Typical widths: 4 to 15 ft. Typical heights: 8 to 50 ft. Typical thicknesses: 5 to 12 in., including 1 to 4 in. of insulation. Finishes: As with typical wall panels, the panels are cast in a flat orientation, so the form side is regularly the side that will be exposed to view in the final construction.
This document provides guidelines for specifying, plan-ning, designing, fabrication, and erecting precast concrete wall panels. Although the focus is on precast wall panels produced in established precasting plants, site precasting is an option that has been used successfully.
