30 Ιαν 2024 · Wholesome Breakfast Pizza is made with traditional pizza dough, but eggs and bacon are swapped for the typical tomato sauce and pepperoni. It’s topped with mozzarella cheese . The dough is made the night before and rises in the fridge overnight, and the pizza cooks in just 12 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray a 13×9 pan with oil. Unroll crescent dough and press in the bottom of the pan, closing the seams. Bake for 6-7 minutes, until it puffs up and is slightly brown. Meanwhile, brown the sausage and drain off the fat. Put sausage on top of baked crescent roll crust.
Bake the pizza in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until well-browned and bubbly. This pizza features soft-scrambled eggs in a creamy sauce topped with sausage, peppers, onions... whatever your favorite omelet topping!
