12 Αυγ 2010 · As to the lens (for Adam has told you everything regarding compatibility), there are several different lenses for Pentax made under the Promaster Spectrum 7 name. Most common are several consumer-grade zoom lenses (some of which, at least, were Sigma rebrands), which are okay, but not great lenses.

17 Δεκ 2014 · Has anyone tested a promaster spectrum 7 52mm lens on a K-50 dslr? I'm thinking of going DSLR but am still emotionally attached to my old promaster. Thoughts? criticisms? red flags?
I was looking through the garage and found a couple of brand new canon lenses (from the 80s/90s), and also found something called a "Promaster Spectrum 7 52mm P.L". It fits my Nikon D40's kit lens, but I don't see any notable difference in image quality.
8 Δεκ 2015 · See https://www.flickr.com/groups/cosina. IMHO it's a lens with good optics, relative modern coating, and lightweight. The build maybe leave a bit to be desired. But it deserves to be called "Plastic Fantastic".
11 Αυγ 2010 · <p>This lens is the same as Cosina or Vivitar or Pentax (yes pentax) or Phoenix 100/3.5. It is a good macro lens with a good 5 elements design. You won't regret the optical performance.
