Terrible experience with Provident Metals after 10 years of otherwise hassle-free purchases. Ordered 10 silver eagles in mid-December 2022, and an empty (untampered) box arrived one week later. Package was not insured with the carrier, and the 'internal' insurer refused to cover my claim.

I currently have a flight that is not showing up on the Delta website. I wanted to get in contact with Delta customer service to figure out what the problem was, so I googled "Delta customer service phone number" (should've known better and just go to their official website, but didn't).

Provident customer service started a claim for me and then closed the claim and refused to refund or replace. I then got a letter from USPS stating that they had indeed lost the package which I forwarded to Provident claims.
