Dumping your PS2 BIOS is conceptually a two-step process: Modify the operation of your PS2 so that it can run any program. Then you can run a "BIOS dumper" utility program on your PS2 that reads its BIOS and writes it to a USB drive.
Hey I know I am very late but when I click on "Requires PS2 BIOS to play games" It just downloads the emulator in a zipped file. Is the Bios already installed into it or something?

You can't run PS2 ISO's with HEN, that's CFW only unfortunately. You'll have to convert them to a PlayStation Classic format and install them through the package manager if you want to run select games, be sure to check the compatibility charts as well!
