I said I wanted to check the status of my order and if there was a way to pick up the ps5 before the delivery date. The person said it takes about 24-48 hours to get confirmation if they change the order from delivery to in store pick up. Make sure to call the Walmart customer support number.
Well, just speaking from experience. I've personally bought 2 from there, and walked another friend through getting using the method detailed above. It honestly wasn't that difficult if you know the drop is coming via twitter, discord, or whatever. Just make sure you're using the App, not the website to add to cart.
