This is the latest released GBA emulator I can find - it's a variant of GPSP-J, which of course is a variant of may others. In my testing this has the best sound emulation on all of them I've experienced so far.

GPSP KAI is definately the best gba emulator but the first time i tried to download it off a tech james video it didnt work with pokemon games. I then found this video which worked perfectly for me so maybe try this tutorial. It also comes with pokemon games already there.
No need for a separate PSX emulator, because the PSP has one built in. Look up PSX2PSP to learn how to convert your own games, or use Google to find them already converted for you. gPSP-J 110507 is probably the best GBA emulator.
15 Φεβ 2022 · If you’re a big fan of GBA and want the games to be played on your PSP, it’s a possibility, but it requires some effort. The solution is an emulator. Considering PSP hardware specs, GBA Emulation on PSP sounds promising.
19 Οκτ 2024 · I've not followed the gba emulation on psp for years. I appreciate if someone can suggest great GBA emulators on PSP. Was the issue of save corruption fixed on SRAM games like Megaman Battle Network 6 on later releases of GPSP?

Literally hundreds of games previously with minor/major visual issues have been fixed! In terms of this thread, that includes -. Golden Sun - intro and black boxes in dungeons fixed.
