This is one of the new gear vendors that are spread all across Pandaria that sell complete sets of green gear. Great to start an off-spec, or fill in that one missing slot in your main set. Here's a list of all the vendors I've seen or heard of so far; if anyone else finds more of these, let me know and I'll add them to the list.
Do a quest at the White Tiger Temple, then go to the gates. Once inside the zone, go to Faction city and get Pandaria flying. Once that is done, fly to the edge of Dread Wastes and find the vendor on top of the Giant Wall; there you go. The Honor vendor does not spawn until the new PVP season starts! lightclaw.
7 Σεπ 2024 · Gilderann is the War Mode gear vendor in The War Within expansion. War Mode gear starts at Item Level 593 (636 in PvP) and follows the Veteran gear upgrade track. War Mode gear can be purchased with Bloody Tokens.
