This quick guide will show you the location of all horde PvP gear vendors for the Mists of Pandaria expansion in Serpent's Spin - WoW 9.2.7 Shadowlands.
Do a quest at the White Tiger Temple, then go to the gates. Once inside the zone, go to Faction city and get Pandaria flying. Once that is done, fly to the edge of Dread Wastes and find the vendor on top of the Giant Wall; there you go.
