QNED MiniLed is a good pick, different strengths than OLED. But regular QNED NanoCell like the 65QNED75, is a hard pass. I have LG OLED myself and my parents just bought QNED MiniLed this weekend, it’s actually a good one for the price.

A TV showroom might artificially trick you into thinking that they look about the same or that the QNED is better in some scenarios, but in really the OLED is just better. OLED's have infinite contrast ratio and better blacks, usually better colors, better response time and lower input lag.
LG QNED MINI-LED VS OLED. So I fount a 2022 LG QNED91 MINI-LED for £999 and its 75 inch and a 2023 LG OLED B3 for £1200 but its 65 inch. Which should I go for? The Mini-Led produces images similar to oled?
If you get a mini-led with enough dimming zones, the true black advantage of OLED is mitigated quite a bit. Plus, the TV I have (TCL QM851G) gets much brighter than my 42" C2. So right now, for media I like watching on the mini-led over the OLED.
