1 Ιαν 2022 · Notice of Remote Appearance (RA-010) Tells the court that you or a witness intends to appear at a court proceeding remotely, either by telephone or video, rather than in person. May also be used to tell other parties that you will be attending remotely, and to tell the court how you told each of the other parties about the remote appearance.
Participant may appear through remote technology. The following persons may appear or testify through remote technology, subject to any requirement in b: Name Role in Case. If the following technology is not used, an in-person appearance is required.
A party may use Notice of Remote Appearance (form RA-010) to provide proof to the court that notice to other parties was given. Evidentiary Hearings or trials with less than 15 court days’ notice and small claims trials:
Parties in a civil, family law, probate, or other non-criminal matter that wish to appear remotely must complete and file the mandatory Judicial Council form Notice of Remote Appearance RA-010 and the Judicial Council form Order Regarding Remote Appearance RA-020 with the court. These forms must be served on all parties in the proceedings.
