Ban on amateur radio in Ukraine (The Kyiv Independent) Ukraine has declared a state of emergency in all of Ukraine except for eastern Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts starting on Feb. 24.
RUI’s one-hour daily broadcasts in English are available on the Internet in the English version of Radio Ukraine’s site at www.nrcu.gov.ua/en/ Besides, 30-minute-long RUI's shortwave broadcasts are relayed via WRMI in Florida and are available on 11580 kHz by the following schedule (Time UTC):
