13 Οκτ 2016 · My primary complaint of every Mechanical head I have shot is the impact is so violent that the game is "shocked" -&; runs as fast and hard as it can. Not so with this head. Clean pass through, slow run, and tipped over. My set up is a 62# Elite Synergy shooting a 400gr arrow about 260fps.

2 Ιουν 2019 · I use Rage Hypodermic mechanical broadheads for crossbow with 2" cut. Very accurate, no problem with collars breaking or blades opening. Got my 1st buck last season using those broadheads with my new Barnett Raptor Pro STR...he only ran 30-40 yards, great blood trail and nice big exit wound...
15 Απρ 2019 · Rage Hypodermic Accuracy. Due to the design of the Rage Hypodermic head with its swept back blade design and field tip type profile, it achieves a great level of accuracy despite minor form or tuning issues with your bow.
26 Νοε 2022 · This is a hotly contested subject! Shooting through the mesh of a ground blind with any broadhead, let alone a mechanical broadhead like the Rage Hypodermic is greatly debated. Rather than quoting arguments and articles, I’ll just tell you the truth.
12 Δεκ 2019 · I’ve certainly found Rage’s accuracy claims to be true with several models over the years, and the Hypodermic NC flies right with my fieldpoints out to at least 80 yards on the practice range. The range on my Montana pronghorn was 53 yards, and the arrow hit exactly where I was aiming — the antelope never made it out of sight.
18 Νοε 2024 · I want to talk about two of my favorite crossbow broadheads. Last winter I saw Cabela's had some Rage Hypodermic Crossbow 100 grain 2" 2-blade broadheads (old style with orange rings) on sale for $12.95 a pack to get rid of old stock to make room for the new model.
