Thunder has a 100% Accuracy and thanks to Serene Grace, it has a 60% chance of breaking Protect and Paralysis, while Water Pulse is boosted by the Rain and also has a 40% chance to confuse the foe. Electrode has access to the fastest Taunt and Explosion in the game, and so makies for an amazing Rain Dance Lead.
