9mm NATO can be considered an overpressure variant of 9×19mm Parabellum that is defined by NATO standards. The proof pressure is 3,150 bars (45,700 psi), corresponding to a maximum service pressure of 2,520 bars (36,500 psi) (both using CIP methodology).
12 Μαρ 2017 · For range ammo, Fiocchi 115 gr. runs my Shield 9mm just fine. So does American Eagle. All my range ammo is 115 gr. My carry ammo and HD ammo is 124 gr Federal HST. I don't really notice much difference at all when I shoot 124 gr HST and 115 gr Fiocchi side by side at the range.
