There were, like, 800 by 800 png's in the PDF digital booklet on iTunes? So I cropped them out of the frame and used topaz gigapixel to bump them up. I figured that since all of the mbdtf artwork was oh, well, actual artwork, it would do really good at upscaling it, and look at that, it did!
