Red Rocket crapes have attractive ruby-red flowers that bloom during Summer to mid-fall, where the flowers and foliage drop as the weather becomes colder.

Its growth habit is upright and vase-shaped, providing an elegant silhouette in the landscape.
Red Rocket Crape Myrtles produce a beautiful, true red bloom from the beginning of July all the way through September. Its dark green foliage really makes the red blooms come to life. In Spring, the new foliage pushes out a dark red changing over to dark green.
