With a bit of persistence due to the chat rep taking FOREVER, I was able to score the Music & Entertainment package - 3 years for $99 + taxes (total $120.23) tonight. He initially offered me 12 months at $4.99/month, but I rejected that and asked for the pkg referred to above.
I tried to do the usual push to renew at my previous rate, but this time the customer service rep wouldn't go below 12 months for $72. I even pointed out they have a page on their website offering the 12 for $60 and the rep said that was only for new customers (link below).
