My favorites: Adam Ragusea - Reminscent of Alton Brown's "Good Eats" series. Very educational videos and I really like some of his recipes. Ethan Chlebowski - Extremely relatable home cook. He understands what works and what doesn't for a home cook, and really helps bolster your confidence.

"Chef John from Food Wishes dot com", Adam Ragusea, and Not Another Cooking Show are my go-to's for recipes. For a more variety-type food channel, I love Quang Tran for his personality, but he's an acquired taste haha.
