Run across the Øresund Bridge For almost 25 years, the Øresund Bridge has connected Denmark and Sweden. We celebrate this milestone by inviting you on a unique journey in your running shoes – through the tunnel, across the island of Peberholm, and up onto the impressive Øresund Bridge.
The Bridge Run 2025 is a unique half marathon (21.097 kilometers) starting in Denmark and finishing in Sweden. The race kicks off at 10:00 am, with 40,000 runners embarking on a journey – descending into the tunnel beneath the sea and continuing over the Øresund bridge, which spans across Øresund.
A completely unique and grand experience awaits up to 40,000 runners celebrating the anniversary of the Øresund Bridge on June 15, 2025, running from Denmark to Sweden. Registration opens on February 1st at 12:00 pm (noon).
The Bridge Run 2025 In 2025, the Øresund Bridge and the Øresund Region celebrate 25 years. As part of the celebration, we welcome 40,000 runners from around the world to a spectacular half marathon between two countries. 500 days before the race, registration opens on 1 February.
