Members enrolled in Medicaid can access behavioral health services – including mental health, psychiatric, substance abuse, and chemical dependency services – on a self-referral basis. Members can self-refer to any Indiana Health Coverage Program (IHCP)-enrolled provider licensed to provide psychiatric services within their scope of practice.
