We have a policy to only erect buildings from manufacturers that are IAS 472 accredited. There are some small manufacturers that are ok, but far more shady outfits. If you want a cheap metal building and don’t want to pay for one of the big 3 brands, find an IAS accredited regional manufacturer.

I Googled the name of the site, and found a few complaints on BBB, but they all said the same thing, that they had given their contact info for an initial consultation and then been bombarded with sales calls.
