A variant of the 4CV was the Renault Beach Wagon, also known as the Renault Jolly. 50 of these were built by Ghia in 1961 using consecutively serial numbered 4CV's; approximately a dozen are estimated to exist today.
Initially, the 4CV was fitted with a 760cc inline four engine, but in 1950, a smaller 747cc inline four unit became standard. The most notable 4CV variant was the Beach Wagon, a limited run of 50 leisure focused cars much like the Fiat 600 Jolly. Production of the Renault 4CV lasted until 1961.
10 Απρ 2024 · In 1961, towards the end of production, Ghia built a run of 50 4CV-based Beach Wagons, much like the Fiat 500 Jolly. These, along with original competition cars, are the most valuable. The introduction of the Renault 4 in 1961 saw 4CV production finally cease.

18 Απρ 2020 · The 4cv 750 is a car from Renault, with rear wheel drive, a rear positioned engine and a 4 door saloon (sedan) body style. Its 0.7 litre engine is a naturally aspirated, overhead valve, 4 cylinder that develops 21 bhp (21.3 PS/15.7 kW) of power at 4100 rpm, and maximum torque of 45 N·m (33.2 lb·ft/4.6 kgm) at 2000 rpm.

As followers to the OCC Youtube channel may have spotted already, this is the newest addition here at HQ, replacing the Dodge tourer that went recently. I wanted to get something in decent condition that was also interesting to me, and liked by the rest of the clan.
