Starting August 1, 2024 – CDC's new requirements for dogs travelling to the United States. On July 22, 2024, the United States (U.S.) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced updated import requirements for dogs entering the U.S.
Starting August 1, 2024, all dogs entering the United States must meet new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requirements, and owners/importers must certify fulfillment of those requirements before transiting the border.
