16 Μαΐ 2021 · Using Topaz VEAI and Flowframe, I have managed to upscale the pre-rendered cutscenes of Resident Evil 5, whilst providing higher FPS option. The game limits the FPS to 120FPS. Using video converter, I have managed to convert the MP4 upscaled cutscenes to the original video codec which is WMV3/VC-1.

However, this mode is a combination of "The Mercenaries" and "Mercenaries Reunion" mode (to play as Jill/Wesker for instance), but it's only based on "Mercenaries Reunion" (which means combos are more important than leftover time).
