13 Φεβ 2020 · Restaurant 604 is a casual, open-air restaurant overlooking the Pearl Harbor Marina within easy walking distance of the Arizona Memorial. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Two of us had the ahi katsu and the other two had the fish and chips and a Cuban sandwich.
