preheat oven to 275 degrees. melt butter in shallow pan over medium-high heat. Add in cashew nuts and toast in pan until lightly browned, stirring constantly. (about 5 minutes). using a slotted spoon (to drain off excess butter) transfer nuts to a bowl and add in the garlic salt. Toss, to coat.
