Robert Lee Yates Jr. (born May 27, 1952), also known as the Grocery Bag Killer, is an American serial killer from Spokane, Washington. From 1975 to 1998, he is known to have murdered at least 11 women in Spokane.

The couple went on to have four daughters and one son. The family settled in Spokane, Washington, and Robert was seen as a doting father as well.

Police said she has an extensive history of drug abuse. She was reported missing on June 4, 1998. Her body was found 2000. Yates directing investigators to a body buried in his own side yard, evidence investigators missed in more than a month of searching his home.
