12 Οκτ 2018 · - There are different NPC (Non Player Characters) in Rohan that give you level up rewards. For level 1-50 there are 2 NPCS that give rewards. The first NPC is the blue one at the bind stone of your hometown (depending on your class this is a different npc because you have a different hometown).

Yes you're right Refinement Level NPC, so let's go to the NPC and delevel our new bow by -1 level. Check on map and Refinement Level NPC symbol is the big arrow with pink lettter L on it. For Refinement Status NPC , it's the same b ig arrow faced down but with blue letter R on it.
