Campground facilities at Roman Nose State Park include full hookup sites, sites with water and electric hookups, as well as tent sites. Online reservations must be made for all campsites. From April through October, book one of the park’s teepees for a unique overnight stay.
Gorgeous Lodge, great food, and beautiful views. My 12 year old son and I went "exploring" for an overnight getaway to Roman Nose State Park. The pool was closed for the summer, but we cannot wait to go back next year to enjoy that gorgeous pool.

Roman Nose State Park, which is named after chief Roman nose a Cheyenne chief.. is a great place to go camping at or if you just want a one-day outing. The campsites are really clean and well-maintained, plus the restrooms are very clean for being in a campsite atmosphere.
Roman Nose State Park is open year-round. Some activities within the park are only available seasonally. Inquire with the Lodge Office (405-295-2770) for dates and hours of operation. Park Pool hours: Saturday and Sunday, 12-7pm (limited to 50 guests at a time / slide and rock climbing wall closed for 2024 season.)
