Mo‘ Creatures Extended stands for continued maintenance of the mod exclusively for Minecraft 1.12.2 and is officially endorsed by DrZhark. It‘s completely dependency-free, a lot of the codebase is cleaned up and most apparent bugs are fixed.

Before I install anything tho I need to know - has Mo' Creatures finally been updated to any newer versions of Minecraft? Or is the project just completely dead? It's one of my all time favorite mods if not THE most favorite.
21 Αυγ 2019 · Mo’Creatures Mod adds couple dozen new animal and monster mobs to Minecraft, as well as the ability to tame and ride some. Each mob in the Mo Creatures collection comes with a splendid texture skin, realistic movement and behaviour.
The Mo' Creatures mod adds a variety of over 50 new mobs to Minecraft. The mod focuses on allowing the player to interact with and tame new creatures. Each mob in Mo' Creatures is either passive, neutral or hostile, and some have advanced AI, which of course depends on the player's presence.
The latest version I know about is for the version is 1.12.2 and I am wondering if: There is any mod that is equally as good and could replace the good old Mo Creatures and that is being updated for newer versions. Thank you! Try Alex Mobs mod.
