3 Μαΐ 2021 · My universal art grading rubric was designed so that it can flexibly be used to grade any art project! It even leaves room for you to add additional criteria specific to each project if needed . It will save you time and make grading routine, streamlined and efficient.
I developed this art grading rubric for middle and high school art projects. It allows student artwork to be evaluated in 5 areas - Elements of Art, Principals of Design, Creativity/Problem Solving, Craftsmanship, and Effort.
Art is very subjective, which can make grading a daunting task. However, now that I have created rubrics for every lesson, grading is less time consuming and provides me with more time for lesson prep. All of my TPT lessons include a printable rubric as well as a rubric included in the PowerPoint presentation. Happy grading! – Trista
