These mods are “hard requirements” now.

I'm currently doing a playthrough with Obsidian Weathers and Rudy ENB. It's great for performance and looks great but I don't like how it adds this blue ish tint to everything. You can definitely notice with the sky and clouds.
Rudy Enb with Obsidian Weathers, Lux, Lux Orbis is very well rounded. You do have to follow all the requirements though. I personally use Pi-Cho ENB though for high quality effects. Less requirements, but you just to need pick the right weather ENB and then in game pick the right lighting patches.
