27 Δεκ 2017 · When I built my .300 Blackout, I put on the Bushnell 1x-4x scope that I'd bought for my AR556. I do find it lacking a biT when shooting at 100 yards. So, my next purchase will be a 3x-9x to put on it.

I just picked up a Ruger Ranch and plan to use it for short range hunting and I’m looking for a scope suggestion. I’m currently looking at the Vortex Optics Crossfire II 2-7x32 Scout and the Burris Scout Rifle Scope, are there others I’m overlooking?

What are some good optics recommendations for the ruger ranch in 300 blackout? I handload and started casting so my primary focus at the moment is plinking subsonic loads. As such, I expect a 1-6x would be on the top end.
