Treasure Trails. Map clues are an image of a location the player needs to search to advance along their trail. Maps are found across all clue scroll difficulties. They are rough pictures of a very local area.
Certain clues will require items that need a certain skill requirement in order to wear or wield. The table below shows the highest skill requirement, in order to complete every beginner clue without purchasing from a store, getting a monster drop, or trading with other players.

There are six levels of clue scroll: Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite, and Master. A beginner clue scroll is the lowest difficulty treasure trail, the only clue scroll available to free-to-play players, and the only clue scroll offering free-to-play rewards.
3 Μαρ 2023 · Beginner Clue Scrolls. OSRS Treasure Trails are completed in steps, with each Clue Scroll task being one step. Beginner clues can last one to three steps, with a few low-skill requirements and no quest requirements.
