Sprints and explosive muscle training. Easiest way to do it is probably hill sprints, sled pushes, sprints with a parashoot, or something that adds weight/resistance to you. Weight training in the right manner too. Squats, box jumps, step-ups, cleans, etc. but make sure you are doing them in an explosive tempo.
