The RZ3A can switch high voltages up to 690 V AC(RMS) . Various models are capable of handling resistive loads up to 75 A AC(RMS) and motor loads up to 20 A AC(RMS) when used with a corresponding heat sink.

13 Απρ 2020 · The RZ3A SSRs feature zero-switching, an integral snubber network, IP10 back-of-hand protection, a built-in varistor, and an over-temperature protection option with alarm output. This built-in varistor is capable of securing transient protection for heavy industrial applications.
