Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode that enables you to use Windows with basic drivers. If you encounter problems in Windows, restarting in Safe Mode allows you to continue working and to troubleshoot the problem. The Safe Mode feature does not install any software.

4 Ιουν 2020 · You have to tap the F8 key immediately after the initial splash screen disappears to get W7 into safe mode. it is not a menu option where you see the others.

Windows 8: Hold Shift while clicking Restart on the Power menu on either the login screen or through the Charms bar menu to begin the process.

One way of activating Safe Mode from Normal Mode is to click the Start button, go to Control Panel, then Run, type msconfig and hit Enter.
