In Safe Mode: Open the Search bar and type “Device Manager.” Select the Device Manager program and find Display Adapters. Right-click on the suspected display adapter and open Properties. Find the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver, and confirm.

Immediately a prompt to restart my computer popped up, so I clicked Restart Now. The computer restarted with no image on the screen.
